Committing to comply with international covenants and national industrial safety and health regulations, Lelon has well-established occupational safety and health system to prevent occupational injuries and diseases, and fully participate continuous improvement of safety and health management. Providing a safe, health, and comfortable workplace, and to work towards sustainable development environment.

Committing to comply with international environmental standards, and achieve national environmental laws and regulations, Lelon established ISO14001 environment management system to ensure the quality of environment. Achieving environmental specification, is to commit environmental protection and energy-saving and carbon reduction, implementation industrial waste reduction, resource recycling, and continuous improvement. Implementing full participation in environmental activities, promoting correct environmental concept to manufacturers and public, maintaining the planet’s natural environment to ensure sustainable green business.

Green Products - Environmental materials management system


Lelon comply with international standards and meet customer requirements, and have been formulated “Environmental materials management system” to control content of hazardous substances. Managing suppliers’ content of materials through the environmental materials management system, producing green products that meet customer requirements, eliminating the use of banned materials, and reaching green environmental protection requirements.

Specific steps as follows:


  1. Complying with RoHS, REACH and halogen-free product control specifications
  2. Complying with IS0-14000, QC-080000 specifications and certificated
  3. According to the customer and international environmental protection organization specifications, implementing supplier environmental protection materials control, such as environmental protection card, etc.

Compliance with National Laws and Regulations

Establishing the company with business ethics, and following the highest standards of integrity in all business relationships.


All business activities of the company are subject to the laws and social ethics and management representatives, and employees are required to comply with integrity. The integrity policies include anti-corruption and business ethics, all related activities and operations in accordance with the internal control and its self-inspection procedures to implement.

For the intellectual property of technical and production experience properly protected, and ensuring the operations comply with intellectual property rights policies.

Lelon e-monthly: Lelon monthly is the place of that corporate culture constructed and promoted, it actively concerned the management, employee life, concentrated on the most representative of the company’s thoughts, opinions, and it became a good site to know corporate’s image and trend.

Activities Center


Always concerning about employee’s health, advocating in addition to hard work, also need full rest. Arranging a physical examination once a year, and providing activity places such as library. Actively arranging tourism and recreational activities, which is also a good chance to enhance information exchange.
